The company was established at the beginning of the 20th century by a family of shepherds that, from September 2000, decided to dedicate itself to cheese production and ageing in natural caves at 1,000 metres above sea level. The company produces cheese from high quality ewe’s, cow’s and goat’s milk and employs modern technology alongside traditional and artisanal methods, looking after quality through dedication and experience in cheese ripening in order to obtain high quality products.
Sales and distribution are carried out by the company itself to speciality stores.
